Our goal was to transform an old apartment into a beautiful rental property as quickly as possible.

What we did:

• Installed an entirely new bathroom, complete with modern amenities.

• Plastered and painted the entire apartment for a clean and neat finish.

• Installed a completely new electrical system, ensuring safety and up-to-date functionality.

• Created a new bathroom and toilet, both functional and stylish.

And within just 1 month, the apartment was rented out!
